The Casablanca Villa was built around the client’s private art collection, integrating these pieces seamlessly into everyday life within the house, making art a part of the home’s living experience. In collaboration with REAL, this 600m² residential concept revolves around the idea of an oasis-like courtyard at the heart of family life. Massive architectural elements shelter this central space, creating a refuge from the outside world. The design maximizes site occupation while providing an elegant solution to a complex site, embodying the essence of a serene and protected home.
